Save Toronto rallies to save Toronto

After revelations that Toronto mayor Rob Ford smoked crack cocaine, a group called Save Toronto organized a protest to call for his resignation. Ford has refused repeatedly to step aside or seek help for addiction issues. The embattled mayor bickered with his colleagues inside the City Hall council chamber while outside a large, vocal crowd gathered. On the same day redacted documents pertaining to some of Ford’s unsavory choices were ordered released by Justice Ian Nordheimer. The documents contain police interviews with former Ford staffers detailing more drug use as well as some wild nights on the town and at City Hall.
